The hotel was cleaner than most Aloft hotels I've stayed in, but the constant airplane noise from O'Hare was a big issue. The price we paid seemed fair for the quality of the room.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very modern and comfortable, but I found men's boxers on a chair in my room and a stained pillow. Additionally, they held $187 from my account for 4 days, which was inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants and close to Chicago O'Hare Airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers with layovers. I found the rooms lacked proper cleaning, as there was a lingering smell of smoke and some cleanliness oversights. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff that made our stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience was subpar, with limited options and overpriced items.
